Prince Sky invites Stella to a date in a luxurious restaurant. Stella never returns to sleep or to attend her classes. When Stella finally comes back, she's frantically searching for her Solaria ring. The girls find this behavior suspicious but Stella leaves again without giving any explanations. When the Winx call Sky, he says he and Stella didn't have any date planned yesterday. Worried, they go to Magix to locate this mysterious restaurant. Once there, it ends up being a trap set up by the Trix, who have kidnapped Stella and are demanding to be given Stella's ring in return for the girl's freedom.
Confound Them with Kindness: Inverted. After kidnapping Stella, Darcy disguises herself as her. She then infiltrates Alfea (the fairy school Stella attends) and looks for Solaria's ring-scepter. When she doesn't find it, Darcy angrily and forcefully demands it from Stella's friends. Although puzzled over their friend's behavior, this is what ticks them off something's not quite right. Hostage For Macguffin: The Winx are forced to give Stella's ring to the Trix in order to save Stella. The Trix think the Solaria ring contains the legendary Dragon's Flame, a power their ancestors spent their lives pursuing. Imposter Forgot One Detail: In addition to \"Stella's\" strange behaviour while looking for her ring, Bloom is able to tell that it's really Darcy in disguise as she uses magic, despite Stella (at her current fairy level, at least) not being able to use magic without her ring. Mystery Episode: The girls have to find out where the real Stella is. She was invited by Prince Sky on a date and, when she returns the next day, she's acting strange and looking for her ring. Ransom Drop: Stella is kidnapped and replaced by a shapeshifted Darcy who is frantically looking for Stella's Solaria ring. After the girls realize she's an imposter, Darcy flees. This is later revealed to have been a trap to lure the girls to the same fake restaurant Darcy and her sisters are holding Stella captive. There, they demand the aforementioned ring in exchange for freeing Stella. Now, the trope is Played With because the heroines aren't aware the situation is a ransom drop, but the villains did plan it out that way.
As the Tower of Nightmares was being filled with anti-toxin, the now-elected Captain Ellen Kiel was at work delivering one of her promises[70] to the people. Kiel, under the authority of the Lionguard and the Captain's Council took control of the Mistlock Observatory for research into the Thaumanova disaster. While Ellen commanded Dessa to calibrate the machine to the event, the mysterious asura honestly believed that no such disaster ever occurred in the reactor site. When the asura was threatened to be taken to Lion's Arch, Dessa[71] expressed complete adamancy to stay with her work. Ellen discerned that Dessa was unusually loyal to her superiors and her work. She looked like her world was ending when told to leave the Observatory, Kiel observed.
Later, within the Mistlock Observatory, Kiel gathered the information to take back to Lion's Arch and also asked Dessa to come back with her.[72] Dessa refused explaining she cannot, but Kiel was adamant in not leaving the Observatory in Consortium hands. However, when Dessa attempted to walk through the portal to Lion's Arch, she reappeared back in the Observatory seemingly not remembering any of the events that have transpired. Back in Lion's Arch, Ellen gathered the information on the disaster. She concluded that the Thaumanova Reactor was intended to study chaos magic, however the Inquest drove things in dangerous new directions. The Inquest claimed there was a link between chaos energy and Elder Dragon energy, but they ramped things up past the point of safe operations and caused the meltdown. They were also able to identify channels that this magical energy follows as it courses around and through the globe.
Penultimate episode of the unofficial Peep Show reunion, and Andrew continues to usurp Stephen at the John Barleycorn. When disaster strikes at the pub - rather conveniently, perhaps - Andrew buys Cass's shares in order to undertake renovations. While the influence of Jez and Mark looms large, Back is tight and watchable in its own right, with the possibility that Andrew could be a manipulative sociopath - or, at best, a Walter Mitty type - adding some edge.
Wonder Woman: No. No dating for the Batman... it might cut into your brooding time.Batman: One: Dating within the team always leads to disaster. Two: You're a princess from a society of immortal warriors, I'm a rich kid with issues. Lots of issues. And three: If my enemies knew I had someone special, they wouldn't rest until they'd gotten to me through her.(Diana crushes the head of the gargoyle statue her hand is on)Wonder Woman: Next
The episode ends with George receiving an urgent telegram from the railroad company. Three people are dead as the result of a train derailment in Pennsylvania. He asks Bertha to contact Barton for not only disaster relief but damage control as railroad accidents have bankrupted operators in the past. If we see footage from the derailment next week, we should be thankful that the neglect from the real life Georges is why we have the US Department of Transportation today to provide oversight.

The edition is dated \"July 29, 1969\", which is not possible as that episode (1x01) ends on July 20 with Apollo 11 landing on the Moon. It could have been meant to be \"June 29\" instead of July, however that would be a Sunday. More likely, it should be \"June 30\", which would correspond with the real life release day of Newsweek during that era, Mondays, and would also fit best into the episode's time flow.In the episode's timeline, Deke's presentation of the article to Ed seemingly happened on July 1, after June 30 (dead of Aleida's mother, seen at 24:32) but before July 2 (14 days to Apollo 11 launch, seen at 34:52 and said at 37:26).

Meatwad emerges with newfound static electricity powers that may be more trouble than they're worth since he killed so far Carl and Squirrley with them. So Meatwad takes a balloon given by Frylock shaped as Meatwad's dead squirell Squirrley and rubs it all over his body in order for the balloon to absorb the electricity within him. It then grows to tremendous size, and it is capable of shooting beams of electricity. It flies downtown and its up to the Aqua Teens to solve this disaster. At the beach, Frylock tells Meatwad to jump into water with glass covering his whole body, but fails by going into a portal. Shake and Frylock mourn for Meatwad in Carl's pool, but before they finish Meatwad who is now gigantic appears. The show ends with Meatwad jumping into the pool, killing Shake.
In Tahani's mansion, she announces they have a full day of activities planned, leading one woman to comment on how good Tahani is. Tahani agrees, but upon checking her point total learns that nothing's changed. One time, back when she was alive, Tahani hosted a fundraising event which was only at 5.2 million pounds earned. Her parents insist it's time to bring out something new, and Tahani introduces Kamilah to auction off a lunch date with. The bidding starts at 3 million pounds, and entire crowd immediately raises their cards, including her parents. Though odd, this was most likely just a strategy to get others to keep piling on the bid. 59ce067264
